Indian Rail UniversityVadodara: Proposed Railway University in Vadodara which was as per earlier plan was to come up in existing National Academy of Indian Railways(NAIR) campus in city will now come up in separate campus possibly over 31 acre plot on Vaghodia-Pipariya road.

As per original plan, the university was to come up in NAIR campus but later it was felt that the campus would be too small for proposed university and therefore there should be a separate campus.

A team of railway officials visited all three sites and selected 31 acre lad on Vadhodia-Piparia road.
