Gayatri Projects bags Order worth Rs.4744 Crore in the Railway EPC Sector

Gayatri Projects Ltd has announced that the company has made a strong foray into the fast-growing railway EPC sector by winning Rs.4,744 crore contract for designing and building the Iqbalgarh-Vadodara section of the Western Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFCC) in a consortium with M/s Sojitz Corporation and M/s L&T Ltd.

Gayatri Projects Ltd is currently trading at Rs.632.25, up by Rs.34.75 or 5.82% from its previous closing of Rs.597.5 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs.597 and has touched a high and low of Rs.646.1 and Rs.597 respectively. So far 24784 (NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs.2118.16 crore.
The BSE group ‘B’ stock of face value Rs.10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs.769.2 on 24-Dec-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs.136.2 on 26-Mar-2015. Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs.602.15 and Rs.540 respectively.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 47.48 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 41.48 % and 11.04 % respectively.
The stock is currently trading above its 100 DMA.
