Nagpur Chamber of Commerce urge Railway authorities to solve problems of Traders

NCCL delegation meeting with the DRM/Nagpur (SECR)

NAGPUR: A delegation of Nagpur Chamber of Commerce Limited (NCCL) – a registered body under FICCI, met Shobhana Bandopadhyay, Divisional Railway Manager of South East Central Railway-Nagpur Division and congratulated her for being appointed as DRM of Nagpur Division with a floral bouquet. The delegation was led by Pradeep Jaju, Senior Vice-President/NCCL.

The delegation discussed various issues trade and industry is facing.  Pradip Jaju said, the route of trains which goes towards Bilaspur like Inter-City Express and Shivnath Express has been diverted from Nagpur Railway Station to Itwari Railway Station. “Due to this, travellers are facing inconvenience. The diversion of route can be due to technical or some other reasons, but the changes in the routes should be informed to people by giving information in newspapers.

Govind Pasari, Vice-President of NCCL requested the DRM to put in efforts for the overall development of Itwari Railway Station. Dr Anil Sharma, Secretary said, railways authorities should utilize the open land of Railway near Kalamna market for the welfare and benefit of the traders.

Shobhana Bandopadhyay assured to put in all possible efforts to resolve the issues raised by NCCL delegation.
