Moreover, JMRC officials claimed that they have received a report from Delhi Metro that work for ‘Metro run’ is almost complete and it is in the final stages. The Delhi Metro officials in the report said that whatever work remains, it will be completed in three-four days.

Recently, Gehlot and urban development minister Shanti Dhariwal inspected the Metro stations and tracks to review the progress. Besides, the JMRC claimed that the tender process for the underground corridor for Metro from Chandpole to Bari Chaupar is complete. The JMRC will make an underground tunnel under phase-I (B) of the project. It is most likely that the authorities would issue work order to the selected company by Tuesday.

It will be around 2.789 km from Chandpole to Badi Chaupar which will be connected through Metro train under Metro phase-I (B). Moreover, a Metro station at Choti Chaupar will also be constructed underground. The government may use machines especially designed to make underground corridors. After the completion of work, Metro will connect Badi Chaupar to Mansarovar Metro station. However, it will take some time as the work for underground corridor is yet to start.
