STTC-Secunderabad holds 10th Anniversary Celebrations

सिकंदराबाद Secunderabad (SC): Trainees must acquire technical knowledge at all levels and avoid short-cuts in day-to-day work, Railway Board additional member (signal) M Suresh said at the tenth annual day celebrations of Signal and Telecommunication Training Centre (STTC) here on Sunday.

He lauded the staff’s efforts to set up the Power Supply Systems Lab which he inaugurated earlier.

Chief signal and telecommunications engineer MS Mahboob Ali appreciated the methods adopted by STTC in providing training through e-learning, labs, etc.

Chief signal and telecom engineer and training manager M Aleem, while presenting the annual report, said the institute provided training to 747 trainees last year and 1,624 trainees attended one-day refreshers training programme.

IRISET director Satyendra Kumar called upon trainees to work hard and avoid short-cuts.
