Titagarh Wagons Ltd on Friday declared that the company has closed the acquisition of Railway Rolling Stock Manufacturing business as a going concern. Says the acquisition of business has been done in partnership with an Italian group, Adler Plastics Spa which will hold 10 pct equity stake in the Italian Company.
