Udai Raj Singh takes over as Divisional Security Commissioner Rajkot Division

RAJKOT: Udai Raj Singh has taken over the charge of the post of divisional security commissioner (DSC) at Rajkot division of Western Railway.

According Western Railway officials, Udai Raj Singh started his career in Railways in 1980 as a sub-inspector in Railway Protection Force (RPF) and got promoted as assistant security commissioner (ASC) in 2004. He has rich experience of working on various posts at other divisions such as Jaipur and Vadodara. In recognition to his outstanding performance, he has been awarded with Police Medal by the President of India in the year 2009.

Prior to his appointment as DSC-Rajkot, he was holding to the post of ASC at Vadodara division. He has succeeded RG Meena who has recently retired from railway services.
